TMZ reports that the incident went down during the Met Gala last week
at the Standard Hotel in New York City. (See which other stars attended

In the video, you can see a woman kicking and swinging her arms at a man who appears to be Jay Z. This wasn't a private altercation. There were other people inside the elevator; one of whom tried to hold the woman back. But this girl is a feisty one and was able to get a few more licks in before the doors opened.
Fast forward to the end of the night. TMZ posted video of Beyonce and Jay Z leaving the gala like nothing had happened, while a very visibly upset Solange hopped in the same car as her famous sister. Jay Z, on the other hand, grabbed a different ride. Smart move.
